If you have leftover cranberries in your fridge, then it’s time to use them up in an easy cranberry smoothie! This Tropical Cranberry Smoothie is light and slightly tart, thanks to the cranberries. It’s a healthy breakfast or snack that is incredibly easy to make!

I’m using banana, mango, dragon fruit, and strawberries in this Tropical Cranberry Smoothie. I add all ingredients into a blender, along with milk (or water), and I blend until smooth. You can use any kind of milk you like whether it’s cow’s milk, coconut milk, oat milk – or you can even use water.

I prefer to use frozen fruit for smoothies as it makes a thicker smoothie. I’ve made this one with both frozen cranberries and fresh cranberries, and either one will work! But I highly recommend using frozen fruit for the rest. If you’re using all fresh, then you may want to use less liquid for a thicker smoothie.

This easy cranberry smoothie makes the perfect snack or breakfast! I love making this Tropical Cranberry Smoothie for breakfast with a half of bagel with my Maple Cream Cheese Spread on top!

You all know I’m a huge organic advocate, and I bet you may be thinking sometimes, Why would I even bother to use organic ingredients in something that is so sweet and indulgent? But, that is the exact reason why you should use organic ingredients! Sweet things need to have flavor in order to be good, otherwise they are just sweet and they don’t taste like much else. Organic ingredients are more pure than conventional ones, therefore they actually have more flavor than the non organic options. Say it with me, organic means more flavor!   • 1 cup organic fresh (or frozen) cranberries

  • 1/2 cup organic frozen mango

  • 1/2 cup organic frozen dragon fruit
