If you have leftover cranberries in your fridge, then it’s time to use them up in an easy cranberry smoothie! This Tropical Cranberry Smoothie is light and slightly tart, thanks to the cranberries. It’s a healthy breakfast or snack that is incredibly easy to make!
I’m using banana, mango, dragon fruit, and strawberries in this Tropical Cranberry Smoothie. I add all ingredients into a blender, along with milk (or water), and I blend until smooth. You can use any kind of milk you like whether it’s cow’s milk, coconut milk, oat milk — or you can even use water.
I prefer to use frozen fruit for smoothies as it makes a thicker smoothie. I’ve made this one with both frozen cranberries and fresh cranberries, and either one will work! But I highly recommend using frozen fruit for the rest. If you’re using all fresh, then you may want to use less liquid for a thick and creamy organic smoothie.

Ingredients
- Cranberries: You can use fresh or frozen organic cranberries in this organic smoothie.
- Dragon Fruit: I use frozen organic dragon fruit as the frozen fruit helps make the smoothie thick.
- Mango: I use frozen organic mango as this really helps thicken smoothies.
- Strawberries: I use frozen organic strawberries as frozen is best for smoothies.
- Banana: I always use fresh banana (not frozen) as I think this helps blend up the smoothies better! I talk more about this trick in my post 10 Tips for Making Thick Smoothies.
- Milk: I use organic milk here, but if you want to use coconut milk or almond milk you can do that too. You could even use water if you want, but it doesn't make it as thick.
