  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen dragon fruit
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high powered blender.

Notes

Tips
  • Use your favorite milk, it can be cow's milk, coconut, almond, or oat milk as they all work.
  • Feel free to adjust the liquid to get the consistency that you like. I prefer a thick smoothie, so if you want to add more milk you can.
  • If you banana is small you can add a bit more dragon fruit to ensure a creamy smoothie.
  • Feel free to add in organic collagen for added protein! Use 1 tablespoon and blend with all the ingredients to add 7 grams of protein to this smoothie!
