Use your favorite milk, it can be cow's milk, coconut, almond, or oat milk as they all work.
Feel free to adjust the liquid to get the consistency that you like. I prefer a thick smoothie, so if you want to add more milk you can.
If your banana is small you can add a bit more dragon fruit to ensure a creamy smoothie.
Feel free to add in organic collagen for added protein (like in the Berry Protein Smoothie Without Banana)! Use 1 tablespoon and blend with all the ingredients to add 7 grams of protein to this smoothie! If you have a favorite protein powder, you can also use that instead.
Give this smoothie a little holiday twist by adding a little leftover cranberry sauce into the glass before pouring.
