- Banana: You can use ripe bananas, overly ripe bananas, or frozen bananas!
- Frozen Pineapple: I like to use frozen pineapple in the smoothie as it makes it thicker. But I use fresh pineapple for the yellow in the rainbow.
- Frozen Mango: I like to use frozen mango as it makes the smoothie thicker.
- Vanilla Greek Yogurt: I use vanilla Greek yogurt here for protein and flavor. You can use plain Greek yogurt if you prefer. You can also add a dash of vanilla extract if using plain.
- Strawberries: I use organic strawberries for the red, but raspberries also work for the red.
- Orange: I use orange for the orange part of the rainbow, but you can also swap for mango too.

How to Make a Rainbow Smoothie Bowl With Greek Yogurt

- Slice strawberries, orange, kiwi and pineapple so you have your array of rainbow fruits ready.

- In a high powdered blender, add the banana, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, water, and yogurt and blend until smooth.

- Pour into a large bowl (or two small ones).

- Top with all the fruit in the colors of the rainbow starting with strawberries, then orange, then pineapple.

- Then add kiwi for the green.

- Finish it off with blueberries and blackberries. Serve immediately.
