Why You'll Love This Recipe

Salty & Crunchy: This recipe is salty and crunchy, two of the best components of a great snack!

Ranch Flavored: This recipe for Garlic Ranch Pretzels elevates traditional pretzels for an easy and insanely delicious snack. I use my own Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix in this recipe, but you can use your favorite store bought too. You will love combination of the ranch and garlic along with the salty pretzels.

Healthy Snack: While this snack is ranch flavored, it's made with organic ingredients and unlike chips, pretzels are a much healthier option. So, you can still indulge in a nostalgic flavor profile in a mindful way.

Can I use a different kind of pretzel?

Yes, if you want to use sticks or even larger twists, you can do that too! If you are using a larger pretzel like a big twist or a rod, you may need to bake them a little bit longer so be sure to check that. If you're gluten free then all you need to do is swap out a gluten free pretzel!

Can I use a store bought ranch seasoning?

Yes, if you want to use a store bought ranch seasoning you can use your favorite one. Watkins makes an organic ranch seasoning, you could use that too.

How should I store these?

You can store extra pretzels in an airtight container in the pantry. I like to put them in a jar so I have snacks for the week.

Why go organic?

You may be wondering why I push organic ingredients for everything, even savory and healthy dishes. Organic ingredients go beyond just health and wellness, and contribute so much to the taste and flavor of a recipe. So, if you think that you're making something healthy and buying fruits, veggies, or meats so maybe you don't need to spend the extra to go organic here – let me sway your thinking.

Organic ingredients are made in a more pure way, therefore using no additives, no GMOs, and minimal ingredients. This really allows the true ingredients to shine – and because of that their flavor shines through. Therefore, organic ingredients are more flavorful than their non organic counterparts. So, just because it's already a healthy recipe, or you're already buying good for you ingredients – it doesn't mean you can skip organic! Trust me here, and make the switch. Your body and your taste buds will thank you!

So, I highly recommend that you buy the best organic ingredients for this recipe! You can also shop my Amazon Storefront for all my favorite organic ingredients here. Tip – hover over each ingredient to see the name. And if you want to learn more about organic foods and the difference, read my post here on Food Labels and What They Mean.
