Why You'll Love This Recipe
Light & Crunchy: You will love this recipe for the best homemade Kale Chips because they are so light, crunchy and have the perfect amount of salt to satisfy a craving for chips, but with so many added health benefits! I love making homemade kale chips because they are so good and so good for you!
Healthy: I use just a few simple ingredients for these easy nutritional yeast kale chips. You can use extra virgin olive oil or ghee to coat the kale, and that makes these so much healthier than ones you buy. Most of the kale chips on the market are made with sunflower oil or another oil that does not have as many health benefits as extra virgin olive oil or ghee which is why it’s healthier to make them at home.
Protein Packed: Then I top these with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt. And that is it! The nutritional yeast adds protein to these healthy chips.
