Ingredients & Health Benefits
- Banana: I use organic banana, which has potassium, fiber, and more.
- Coconut Milk: I use organic coconut milk, which makes this vegan smoothie super creamy.
- Frozen Strawberries: I use organic frozen strawberries as opposed to fresh as it makes this organic smoothie thicker than if you were to use fresh. Strawberries have antioxidants, vitamin C, and more.
- Frozen Watermelon: I also freeze the watermelon which also contributes to the thick and creamy texture. Watermelon has vitamin C, A, potassium nad more.
Tools Needed
- Blender: You'll need a high powered blender to make this organic smoothie.

FAQ's
You can, but the frozen fruit will provide a thicker and creamier texture. Fresh fruit will release water much quicker, so if you use fresh fruit your smoothie may be thinner and more watery than if you use frozen. So, if you are using fresh fruit, you will probably need less milk to achieve the same thick texture that you would with frozen.
Yes! Feel free to swap the strawberries for raspberries or blackberries (both of which would be delicious!).
