Ingredients

- Cream Cheese: I use Organic Valley Cream Cheese. Just be sure to use a high quality cream cheese you like. If you want to use a low fat option you can, but I think full fat has the best flavor.
- Raspberries: You can use fresh raspberries, freeze dried raspberries, or even freeze dried raspberry powder. You'll just need one of these. This makes this an incredibly flexible recipe! Use freeze dried if you want a smooth and creamy cream cheese. Use fresh raspberries for a light and textured raspberry cream cheese with pieces of fruit.

Tips
- You can use frozen raspberries if you prefer, you'll just need to thaw in the fridge for 24 hours and then drain off excess liquid before using.
- If use fresh raspberries, try to pat dry the berries before adding in to remove any excess water.
- You can use freeze dried raspberries if you food processor them into a powder. Or you can just buy the freeze dried raspberry powder, which makes it so easy!
- If the raspberry cream cheese using freeze dried raspberry powder seems too stiff, feel free to add a teaspoon or so of milk or water to loosen it up to your liking.
- Make this vegan by using your favorite vegan cream cheese! I like Miyoko's for this recipe!
