Ingredients

- Ground Turkey: I use organic ground turkey, but ground chicken also works for a lean option. You can also make these with ground pork too!
- Everything Bagel Seasoning: My secret ingredient is organic everything bagel seasoning. This has seeds like sesame, poppy seeds, and black sesame seeds. It also has garlic and onion. So, this provides loads of flavor with one simple ingredient.
- Fennel Seed: Organic fennel seed is a crucial spice for flavor in this homemade breakfast sausage recipe. I feel this is an iconic flavor that makes it “breakfast sausage”!
- EVOO: Depending on what kind of pan you're using, you may or may not need oil. If you're using oil, I recommend organic extra virgin olive oil.
