Ingredients

  • Banana: You can use ripe bananas, overly ripe bananas, or frozen bananas!
  • Frozen Pineapple: I like to use frozen pineapple in the smoothie as it makes it thicker. But I use fresh pineapple for the yellow in the rainbow.
  • Frozen Mango: I like to use frozen mango as it makes the smoothie thicker.
  • Vanilla Greek Yogurt: I use vanilla Greek yogurt here for protein and flavor. You can use plain Greek yogurt if you prefer. You can also add a dash of vanilla extract if using plain.
  • Strawberries: I use organic strawberries for the red, but raspberries also work for the red.
  • Orange: I use orange for the orange part of the rainbow, but you can also swap for mango too.
