Tips
- I recommend using full fat cream cheese for the best flavor, but low fat or fat free also works.
- Chop strawberries small so they mash up easier.
- If you like whipped cream cheese, you can use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip it up and make it very fluffy.
- Easily make this vegan by using your favorite vegan cream cheese, I recommend using Miyoko's for the best flavor.
- If you want to use freeze dried strawberries you can. I recommend to food processor them beforehand so you have a fine powder (or just buy organic freeze dried strawberry powder) as I don't like the crunchy pieces of dried strawberry in the cream cheese. Use 1 tablespoon of freeze dried strawberry powder, or add more to taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
How to Make Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread

- Chop the strawberries into small pieces.

- Add the cream cheese into a medium bowl.

- Add the strawberries into the cream cheese. You can use a variety of tools here, either a potato masher, a whisk, or even a hand mixer to mix this together. If you like whipped cream cheese, then use a hand mixer. Mix together until uniform, and you see small bits of strawberries.

- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I just save the cream cheese container and put it back inside there!
