Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add the cream cheese into a medium bowl.

Step 2

Chop the strawberries into small pieces and add into the cream cheese. You can use a variety of tools here, either a potato masher, a whisk, or even a hand mixer to mix this together. If you like whipped cream cheese, then use a hand mixer. Mix together until uniform, and you see small bits of strawberries.

Step 3

Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. I just save the cream cheese container and put it back inside there!

FAQ's

Can I make this with a mixer?

Yes! You can definitely use a stand mixer or hand mixer to make this. But, if you don't have a mixer you do not need one. You can use a potato masher, whisk, or even just a spatula to mix it up! If you like whipped cream cheese though, using a mixer will make it more fluffy.

Can I make this ahead of time?

Yes, you can make this ahead of time. Just store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.

What can I serve this with?

My favorite way to enjoy this is on bagels! Try my Homemade Sesame Bagels or enjoy it on plain bagels, poppy seed, blueberry, or cinnamon raisin! You can also just enjoy this on toast.
