- You can use avocado oil in place of EVOO if you prefer.
- Feel free to adjust the water amount to get your desired consistency. If you do this, you may want to check salt and add a bit more if needed.

Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface, this will help prevent browning. Use a smaller glass jar or tuppeware to reduce air exposure. The lime will also help this as well because of its high acidity.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. I use a small glass Tupperware to store this when I make it. And, you can press plastic wrap on top to help prevent browning.
