What is bone broth?
Bone broth is a liquid that's made by slow simmering beef or chicken bones along with veggies and spices. The bones, veggies, and spices are slow cooked for a long period of time, over 24 hours. The flavor of bone broth is very similar to chicken broth, beef broth, or vegetable broth. You can also use bone broth in the exact same way you'd use regular broth or stock. But, bone broth has the added health benefits of nutrients, collagen, protein and more. If you want learn even more, check out my post Benefits of Bone Broth and How to Enjoy It.

FAQ’s
If you have a corn allergy, you can use tapioca starch in place of cornstarch. You could also try Irish moss powder, though I have not tested that, but it is very similar.
You can easily make your own buttermilk with my Homemade Buttermilk recipe that only requires milk and a lemon! You can also substitute this with regular milk, but the flavor won’t be the same.
Tortilla chips are my favorite, blue or white. You can also make nachos with this cheese, add into burritos, or on top of tacos.
