The avocado brings a rich, buttery, and creamy texture to this Pizza Avocado Toast (similar to cheese). I start by topping sourdough bread with avocado. I sprinkle it with garlic powder, oregano, and nutritional yeast. The Nutritional yeast brings some added flavory and a cheesiness to this recipe!

Next, I add fresh tomatoes and Organic Prairie Pepperonis for a classic Pizza Avocado Toast. You could add more veggies in place of pepperoni if you want to make this vegan as well. How to Make Pizza Avocado Toast

Step 1

Place the bread on a piece of foil. Spread the avocado onto the bread. 

Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and nutritional yeast. Add the tomato, pepperonis, and sprinkle with a little more nutritional yeast.

Step 2

Place in your air fryer or toaster oven at 400°F for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it’s toasted and lightly charred on top.

Yes, if you don't want to use sourdough you can use white bread or even whole wheat or seeded bread.

Can I add different toppings?

Yes, if you want to add veggies instead of pepperoni, go for it! Just make sure to slice veggies very thin so they cook as this only cooks for a very short time.
