- Pepperoni: I use Organic Prairie Pepperoni which is the only organic pepperoni I can find! You can use whole slices of pepperoni or even bits and pieces too. You can also use my Homemade Organic Italian Sausage recipe too.
- Sourdough Bread: I love sourdough bread with this as it's my go to. But, you can use any bread you like. I've used my Sourdough Discard Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread before and it's also delicious with wheat!
- Avocado: This is going to make this dairy free pizza toast super creamy without cheese!
- Garlic Powder: This gives a lot of flavor with minimal effort.
- Nutritional Yeast: Organic nutritional yeast brings a cheesy and saltiness to this dairy free pizza toast, no cheese needed!

Tips
- You can use any kind of bread you like, though I prefer sourdough.
- Use up leftover pizza toppings like Italian sausage and veggies in place of pepperoni.
- If you prefer to pan fry the toast, I recommend heating the pepperonis up in the pan as well so they are warm.

How to Make Avocado Pizza Toast
Step 1
Place the bread on a piece of foil. Spread the avocado onto the bread.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and nutritional yeast. Add the tomato, pepperonis, and sprinkle with a little more nutritional yeast.
Step 2
Place in your air fryer or toaster oven at 400°F for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it’s toasted and lightly charred on top.

Yes, if you don't want to use sourdough you can use white bread or even whole wheat or seeded bread.
Yes, if you want to add veggies instead of pepperoni, go for it! Just make sure to slice veggies very thin so they cook as this only cooks for a very short time.
