This Pizza Avocado Toast is an innovative twist on my classic Pizza Toast recipe for those that want a dairy free pizza toast! This pizza toast with no cheese checks all the boxes.

Place the bread on a piece of foil. Spread the avocado onto the bread.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and nutritional yeast. Add the tomato, pepperonis, and sprinkle with a little more nutritional yeast.
Place in your air fryer or toaster oven at 400°F for 3 to 5 minutes, or until it’s toasted and lightly charred on top.
Tips
You can use any kind of bread you like, though I prefer sourdough.
Use up leftover pizza toppings like Italian sausage and veggies in place of pepperoni.
If you prefer to pan fry the toast, I recommend heating the pepperonis up in the pan as well so they are warm.
