Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • ½ teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add the ground turkey, everything bagel seasoning, sea salt, pepper, fennel seed, and marjoram. Using your hands, mix together until combined.
  • Divide the meat into 6 small balls, weighing about 75 grams each. Form them into disks and place on a plate.
  • In a large skillet over medium/high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to coat the pan (if using). Add in the sausage patties and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side until they are golden brown.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Tips
  • While I use organic ground turkey, you can also make these with ground chicken or ground pork too.
  • Easily make ahead for meal prep. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and use for salads or brunch bowls too!
  • Easily freeze these after they made and cooled. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. You can reheat in your toaster oven or air fryer, just like frozen breakfast sausages!
