Try this healthy alternative to pork breakfast sausages! These Everything Bagel Turkey Breakfast Sausages are easy turkey breakfast sausages that the whole family will love!
In a large bowl, add the ground turkey, everything bagel seasoning, sea salt, pepper, fennel seed, and marjoram. Using your hands, mix together until combined.
Divide the meat into 6 small balls, weighing about 75 grams each. Form them into disks and place on a plate.
In a large skillet over medium/high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to coat the pan (if using). Add in the sausage patties and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side until they are golden brown.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
