Ingredients

- Plain Greek Yogurt: Make sure you are buying organic plain Greek yogurt. Many yogurts can have added sugars and flavors, so plain is key. Also, Greek yogurt is much better than regular yogurt for dogs because it has more protein, probiotics, and less lactose.
- Banana: Use organic bananas for this recipe. They can be ripe or even a bit overly ripe as well.
- Peanut Butter: Make sure you are buying organic peanut butter with no added ingredients like sugar, flavor, or especially xylitol as this is very dangerous to dogs. If your peanut butter has a little salt, that’s okay and also salt free is fine for your pup. I just use the peanut butter we use and the ingredients are organic peanuts and sea salt.

How to Serve
These frozen peanut butter banana treats for dogs can be given to your dog as a cool treat. They can also be cut up into pieces and used as a food topper! I also cut these up and mix it with Pumpkin Granola for Dogs or Peanut Butter Honey Granola for Dogs because John John eats this every day for his lunch.

Frozen Peanut Butter Dog Treats FAQ’s
Yes, absolutely, you can eat these! They may just seem a little bland.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer. You could also use a freezer zip bag.
If you have a lactose intolerant dog then try using a coconut based yogurt. Just be sure it is free of sugars, flavors, and any other added ingredients. The best option I’ve seen would be Harmless Harvest Organic Unsweetened Plain Coconut Yogurt.
