Line a mini muffin tin with liners.
Add the Greek yogurt, banana, and peanut butter to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into the mini muffin tin.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Give to your pup as a frozen treat or use as a food topper.
Tips
Be sure to use plain Greek yogurt. Stay away from yogurt with added sugars or flavors.
If you dog can't do dairy, look for a coconut based yogurt (ensuring it doesn't have added sugars or flavors).
You can put these into any mold you have, I just used a mini muffin pan because it was easy and it’s a good size.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
