Add the pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, and peanut butter and whisk to combine together. Next, add in the coconut milk, honey and egg and whisk together.

Add in the flour, oat flour, and baking powder and whisk to combine into thick batter.

Step 3

Preheat your waffle iron to the desired setting, I used setting 3 on the waffle iron I listed above. I used a 1/3 measuring cup to measure batter directly into the center of the waffle iron. You can go larger and fill the whole iron if you want larger waffles, totally up to you!

Step 4

Serve with apples, banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, or peanut butter. Give to your dog as treats, a food topper or as part of a meal. Be sure to cut into small pieces so you dog and easily eat and enjoy!

Store waffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
