These Blueberry Pancakes for Dogs are pancakes you can also eat too, making them the best weekend brunch that you can make and share with your dog! They have no sugar, but instead a little bit of honey, which is all they need. If you’re eating them as well then they’ll sweeten right up with a drizzle of maple syrup. And if you’re making them for your dog then skip the maple syrup and top them with a little bit of peanut butter for them instead!

How to Make Blueberry Pancakes for Dogs

  1. In a large bowl, add the banana and mash with a fork.

  1. Add the coconut oil, egg, honey, and coconut milk.

  1. Whisk to combine completely. Making sure to give your dog licks of coconut oil in the process!

  1. Fold in the blueberries.
  1. In a large skillet over low to medium heat, grease it well with coconut oil. Use a ¼ cup to drop the pancakes into the skillet. Wait for the top of the pancake to start bubbling, about 1 to 2 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook until done, about another 1 to 2 minutes on the second side. Repeat until batter is gone.

  • 1 large banana (very ripe)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 95 grams all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add the banana and mash with a fork.
  • Add the coconut oil, egg, honey, and coconut milk, and whisk to combine completely.
  • Add the flour and baking powder and whisk to combine completely.
  • Fold in the blueberries.
