I created this Iced Blueberry Latte with my friends at Cafe Appliances, using the Bellissimo Espresso Machine. I’m obsessed with how gorgeous this espresso machine is, I love seeing it on my counter!

This Iced Blueberry Latte is slightly sweet, with the perfect balance of coffee and blueberry. My husband was very skeptical about this when I told him I was going to make blueberry syrup for an iced latte. But now he’s obsessed. We have been looking at each other each afternoon and we just say “Blueberry Latte?” and it has been our little break treat.

Easy Substitutions

  • If you want to make strawberry, blackberry or raspberry syrup you can just swap out the blueberries with your berry of choice.
  • You can use any kind of milk you like. I’ve made this with both cows milk and coconut milk. Though, if you prefer almond milk or oat I’m sure it would also be delicious!
  • If you want a caramel iced latte, try using my homemade Caramel Sauce in place of blueberry syrup.

FAQ’s

Can I make this another flavor?

If you want to make another fruit flavored syrup, you can replace the blueberries with strawberries, blackberries or raspberries.

Can I use another kind of milk?

Yes, you can use your favorite milk. I’ve tested this with cow’s milk and coconut milk, as these are our two favorite milks. I actually like the coconut milk best with the blueberry!

What if I don’t have an espresso?

You could try adding this blueberry syrup into an iced coffee as well. I have not tried this, but using iced coffee, milk, and blueberry syrup would be a very similar flavor!
