Ingredients

- Lemons: You can use organic lemons and juice them for fresh lemon juice or you can also use bottled lemon juice, like Santa Cruz. So long as it is pure lemon juice (nothing else). I have made this with lemons and also with the Santa Cruz Lemon Juice.
- Raspberries: I use fresh organic raspberries. But, you can also use frozen!

Tips for Organic Pink Lemonade
- You can use fresh or frozen raspberries, either works. If using frozen, thaw in the fridge overnight and strain off excess water. Then they are ready to use!
- You can juice fresh lemons or use lemon juice from a bottle, either works.
- Feel free to adjust the sugar if you want less sugar.
- You can make a sugar free version by skipping the simple syrup step and just adding in the water to the lemon and raspberry juice. Then add in your favorite organic stevia to taste!
- Make a sparkling option by using sparkling water instead of still when filling up the pitcher with the remaining water.
- Make these into popsicles by pouring into popsicle molds and freezing overnight.

You can, but I personally don't like it that way. If you want to make this without refined sugar, you cans kip the simple syrup step of the recipe. You can sweeten it naturally with honey to taste (or maple syrup, but I don't like the flavor here). You could also use an organic liquid stevia and add to taste!
Yes! I love this for when I want a natural bubbly drink. Instead of adding in the plain water, you can just replace that with sparkling water instead.
Yes, you can make this a few days in advance of a party if needed.
Mint and basil are two of my faves for giving this summer drink a little something extra.
