Instructions

With Fresh Raspberries

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or using a hand mixer), add the cream cheese and raspberries.
  • Mix on low until combined, you can leave big chunks of raspberries or continue to mix until they break up more, totally up to you!
  • Use on bagels and toast. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

With Freeze Dried Raspberries

  • If you are using freeze dried raspberries, you'll need to food processor them into a fine powder. Or, you can use freeze dried raspberry powder.
  • Add cream cheese and raspberry powder into a bowl and mix together. You can use a mixer if you prefer, but it's super easy to mix up with just a spatula.
  • Use on bagels and toast. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

Tips
  • When using fresh raspberries, try to pat dry after washing so you don't get excess water and moisture in the cream cheese.
  • You can use frozen raspberries so long as you thaw for 24 hours in the fridge and then drain off excess liquid before using.
  • You can use freeze dried raspberries if you food processor them into a powder. Or you can just buy the powder.
  • The freeze dried raspberry cream cheese option will last longer in the fridge!
  • Vegan or Dairy Free — Use your favorite vegan cream cheese, I like Miyoko's for this recipe!
