Sweet Potato: I use organic sweet potatoes here, they go really well with the pumpkin spice and have vitamin A and are great for your gut!
Cornstarch: Organic cornstarch helps homemade fries crisp up! If you're avoiding corn, you can just omit this.
Pumpkin Spice: I use my homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix.
Paprika: Organic paprika gives these fries a little more depth of flavor.
Parsley: I use organic dried parsley.
White Pepper: Organic white pepper gives these a little more flavor, but you can use black pepper if that's all you have.

FAQ's
Yes, if you don't have an air fryer you can easily make these in your oven. Just line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at the temperature specified and time in the recipe.
Yes, if you want to use Russet potatoes you can use those in place of sweet potatoes.
Yes, if you don't want the skins on, you can peel them. I enjoy eating the skin because it has antioxidants and fiber, plus I'm too lazy to peel them!
Try serving these with anything you'd serve French fries with! They are delicious on their own as an appetizer. You can also serve with burgers, steaks, or more. Try my Healthy Lamb Burgers or Garlic Herb Beef Tenderloin Steak.
If you have extras, you can store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days. You can reheat them by warming them back up the oven or air fryer on a warm setting or at 350°F.
