FAQ’s

Will my dessert taste like fruit?

Strawberry and raspberry powder do have flavor, so depending on how much you use, your frosting could take on flavor. But, the beet powder won’t taste like anything, so you can use this one for darker pink color without added flavor.

How can I make red?

While pink and red are different, I recommend using Suncore Foods Organic Red Dye for the best red color.

How should I store fruit and veggie powders?

Store in an airtight container, like a glass jar or zip up the bag they came in. Keep in a cool, dry place like a pantry drawer away from direct sunlight. You can also store in the fridge.
