How to Use Vanilla Sea Salt
Use this finishing salt on top of cookies, biscotti or brownies. I recommend adding this on top of baked goods immediately after coming out of the oven (so it sticks) for a sweet and salty finish. Try it on top of biscotti like Eggless Coconut Chocolate Chip Biscotti, Simple Chocolate Espresso Biscotti, Chocolate Malt Biscotti. I also love this on top of cookies like in my Vanilla Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies. Also, try it on top of Big Chocolate Cookie, Vegan Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies, or Espresso Walnut Chocolate Chip Cookies.
You can also add on top of pies after baking. Sprinkle on top of cupcakes or on top of a finished cake for a little salty vibes. Try it on Chocolate Cupcakes Without a Mixer or Simple Vanilla Cupcakes.
Try adding this into Homemade True Caramel for a vanilla salted caramel! Add this into Homemade Chocolate Ganache for a salted chocolate sauce. Add a dash on top of Hot Chocolate Bombs Without a Mold. Or you can also use this to add a little flavor any other desserts such as pudding, custard, cheesecakes and more. The possibilities are endless!

Recipe FAQ’s
I like to use a spice jar, this way I can easily shake it on top of baked goods with ease. If you don’t have a spice jar, you can also use a small Tupperware or zip bag.
Yes, you can. You can replace the salt in baked goods with this for an essence of vanilla. I don’t prefer to use this inside as I can just add vanilla bean and salt to batters and doughs though. So I think the magic of this combination is as a finishing salt for on top of baked goods or added into caramel sauce.
