The citric acid in the lime juice will help prevent the mango guacamole from turning brown. It also helps to cover with plastic wrap and press the plastic wrap directly on top of the guacamole to prevent air from getting in.
This is not very spicy, it's sweet with just a little kick. But, it really depends on the mango salsa that you use. Some can be spicer, some can be more mild. So, choose one that aligns with your preference of spice level.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. It helps to press a piece of plastic wrap into the guacamole to prevent browning then put the lid on over it.
I don't recommend this because guacamole can brown easily. This is so quick and easy, it's best to mix up right before serving, especially if it's for a party and you want it to look pretty.
