It's blackberry season, and I've had a lot of fresh blackberries in the fridge. So, I decided to put them on my toast with some honey. I've been enjoying this Blackberry Honey Butter Toast with eggs and sausage in the morning. I've also been eating it as a snack or even as a late lunch with a side of turkey and cheese. You can, but I think this is entirely wrong, especially on toast! But to each their own. If you only have unsalted butter, you can sprinkle a little salt on top as well.
