Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice sourdough bread
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter (softened)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons raw honey
  • 6 blackberries

Instructions
 

  • Toast the sourdough to your liking. Slice the blackberries while the toast is toasting.
  • Spread with butter and drizzle with honey. Then use your knife to spread the honey around. Top with blackberries and serve immediately.

Notes

Tips
  • Use your favorite bread! While mine is sourdough, if you prefer wheat then go for it! You can also use gluten free bread.
  • I use salted butter, but if you are using unsalted you may want to add a pinch of salt.
  • You can use another kind of berry, raspberries, blueberries, mulberries would all work!
  • Make this vegan by using vegan butter and a drizzle of agave or maple syrup instead.
