Fuji Organic Apple (or you can use whichever kind of apple you prefer the flavor of)
Organic Red Onion

This turkey salad is delicious all on its own, but I also love making sandwiches on sourdough with lightly toasted bread. You can also dip crackers in this or add on top of toast or into a wrap!
