Why You'll Love This Recipe

Twist on a Classic: You will love this simple Turkey Salad recipe because it’s just like chicken salad, but with turkey! You can use white meat, or dark meat, whichever you prefer, or even a mix of both – that’s what I did here.

Uses Leftover Turkey: I love this recipe because it's a great way to use up leftover turkey. When you run out of all the Thanksgiving sides and you just have turkey left, this recipe is perfect! I add apples, red onion, and celery in addition to mayo, sweet relish, and honey mustard for a delicious take on classic Chicken Salad.

Many Ways to Enjoy: You can use this Turkey Salad for sandwiches, toast, or you can serve it charcuterie style with some crackers, nuts, and fruit for a delicious lunch snack plate!
