Why You’ll Love This Recipe

Bone Broth: I love using bone broth in recipes because it adds so many nutrients plus protein to dishes. I use bone broth in place of milk in these healthy pumpkin waffles.

Pumpkin Spice: I use a little pumpkin spice for that lightly spiced cozy flavor. These bone broth waffles combine two superfoods — pumpkin and bone broth!

Healthy: This recipe for bone broth waffles is a healthier option because of the bone broth and pumpkin. These ingredients are both superfoods that provide protein, collagen, antioxidants, and more!

Naturally Eggless: Pumpkin is a great egg replacer! It provides moisture and great texture to these waffles, so eggs aren’t even needed!

FAQ’s

Can I make these bigger?

Yes, just add more batter into your waffle iron to fill it completely for larger waffles.

Can I freeze these?

Absolutely! I love freezing waffles because they heat up so well in the toaster. If you’re freezing, just place waffles in a Tupperware. I like to add a small piece of parchment paper between each one so they don’t stick together.

What can I serve these with?

Serve with butter and maple syrup for classic waffles. If you want to jazz them up, add Homemade Whipped Cream or Caramel Sauce. These are also delicious with chopped apples on top! I also love serving these with eggs or Maple Turkey Breakfast Sausages.
