Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • Bone Broth: I use organic bone broth in place of milk in these healthy pumpkin waffles. This adds flavor and protein for delicious waffles without milk.
  • Pumpkin Spice: Organic pumpkin spice adds a lightly spiced and cozy flavor to these eggless waffles. I use my organic Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix here.
  • Naturally Eggless: Pumpkin is a great egg replacer for waffles! It provides moisture and great texture to these waffles, so eggs aren’t even needed! Natural ingredients can be great egg replacers just like I use bananas in my Eggless Banana Waffles!
  • Quick and Easy: One bowl is all you need to mix up these bone broth waffles! Quick and easy, it takes less than 10 minutes to make the waffle batter!

Recipe FAQ’s

What does bone broth do in waffles?

Bone broth adds a rich umami flavor and is packed with nutrients like amino acids for gut health. You can replace milk with bone broth in most waffle recipes.

How do you store homemade waffles?

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Or, you can also freeze these pumpkin waffles for up to 3 months. To reheat, add into your toaster or toaster oven and heat until golden brown.

Can I freeze Healthy Pumpkin Waffles with Bone Broth?

Absolutely! I love freezing waffles because they heat up so well in the toaster. If you’re freezing, just place waffles in a Tupperware. I like to add a small piece of parchment paper between each one so they don’t stick together.

What's the best way to reheat waffles?

I like to reheat in the toaster, but the toaster oven or air fryer also works well too!
