Ingredients
  

  • 170 grams salted butter (melted)
  • 226 grams pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Kettle and Fire Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 284 grams all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the melted butter, pumpkin puree, beef broth, honey, and vanilla extract and mix together.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice and whisk until a smooth batter forms.
  • Allow your waffle iron to get warm. I use setting 4 on my waffle iron that I linked above.
  • Add 1/2 cup of batter to the waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve with butter and maple syrup.

Tips
  • You can use salted or unsalted butter. If using unsalted, just add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • If you don't have bone broth, swap for milk.
  • These are freezer friendly, just store in an airtight container in the freezer and heat in your toaster or toaster oven!
