In a large mixing bowl, add the melted butter, pumpkin puree, beef broth, honey, and vanilla extract and mix together.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice and whisk until a smooth batter forms.
Allow your waffle iron to get warm. I use setting 4 on my waffle iron that I linked above.
Add 1/2 cup of batter to the waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve with butter and maple syrup.
Tips
You can use salted or unsalted butter. If using unsalted, just add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
If you don't have bone broth, swap for milk.
These are freezer friendly, just store in an airtight container in the freezer and heat in your toaster or toaster oven!
