- Cane Sugar: I use organic cane sugar for a sweetener, but honestly you don’t really need it if you want to cut back on sugar. You could also use maple syrup or honey too.
- Vanilla Extract: I use Simply Organic Vanilla Extract.
Tools Needed
- Mixer: You can use a stand mixer or a hand mixer, whichever you prefer. I like the stand mixer best as it’s hands free and I think it’s faster.

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Place the can of coconut cream in the fridge for at least 48 hours before you plan to make this recipe. This part is crucial, so don’t skip this step!
Step 2
Once your can of coconut cream is chilled, scoop out the coconut cream fat on top of the can. Do not add the liquid in, save that coconut water in the fridge for using in smoothies!
Add in the cane sugar and vanilla extract.


Step 3
Whisk, starting on low to avoid splattering. Then gradually increase the speed until you are at full speed. Whisk until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
Use in recipes, hot chocolate, or as a dip for fresh berries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
