You will love this Pistachio Pesto Hummus because it only requires a few simple ingredients and it’s delicious on bread, pita, sandwiches, wraps, or as a dip for veggies and chips! Making your own homemade hummus is incredibly easy to do, all you need is a food processor and about 15 minutes!

This easy pesto hummus has the addition of pistachios for an earthy flavor profile that goes so well with the slightly sweet and peppery flavor of fresh basil. The aroma of fresh basil will fill your kitchen when you make this Pistachio Pesto Hummus!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a large food processor, add the chickpeas, basil leaves, olive oil, pistachios, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Add more olive oil, if desired. 

Step 2

Slice baguette into thin slices, drizzle with olive oil. Air fry at 400°F for 4 to 5 minutes, until lightly toasted. Serve with hummus and celery sticks or veggies.
