Can I use another vegetable?

Yes! Feel free to add any kind of veggies you like. While I just added carrots as they are organic (for Halloween) you could also use orange bell pepper, cucumbers, celery, cauliflower, broccoli and more!

Can I make this ahead of time?

Yes, if you're prepping for a party you can prep this ahead of time. If you do that, be sure to store it in the fridge until you're ready to serve it.
