Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Remove from the heat and add in the peppermint flavor and stir to combine completely.

Dip half of each animal cracker into the melted chocolate, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles. Place the baking sheet in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

These do not have to be refrigerated, but since I don’t temper the chocolate in this recipe, I do like to keep them in the fridge. This is only so the chocolate doesn’t sweat. But, they do not need to be refrigerated for health reasons. If you are serving them at a party, just store in the fridge until you’re ready to platter them.

- 8 ounces milk chocolate
- ½ teaspoon peppermint flavor
- Natural holiday sprinkles
Instructions
