A Dozen Eggless Cookie Recipes

While we are in an egg shortage and prices have risen due to short supply of eggs, I'm sure you've seen the hilarious egg memes with egg dealers and egg sugar daddies on social media. I love all of them, so funny! But, with the recent increase in egg prices, you may be struggling to want to use your precious eggs to make cookies. So, I'm sharing a dozen eggless cookie recipes that you are sure to love!

But, don't worry, you don't need eggs to make soft and chewy cookies. In fact, cookies made without eggs are softer and chewier than cookies made with eggs! Why? Because, eggs are made up of mostly egg white. One large egg weighs 50 grams, and within that, only about 17 grams is egg yolk and the rest is egg white. Why does that matter? Egg whites are made up mostly of water, and water dries out cookies! Did I just blow your mind? If so, make sure to check out my new book, Effortless Eggless Baking and learn more about eggless baking!

But, in the meantime while you wait for delivery of my book, I'm sharing a dozen eggless cookie recipes that you can make during this crucial egg saving time. And, I bet you'll like them so much that you'll want to bake these eggless cookie recipes even after eggs are back in supply again.
