Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup Kettle and Fire Beef Bone Broth
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the pineapple, mango, strawberries, coconut milk, and bone broth to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness if desired by adding more bone broth or coconut milk. Serve immediately.

Notes

Tips
  • You can swap out the fruit for other options such as banana, kiwi, or dragon fruit would all be delicious! 
  • If you want more bone broth, just replace some or all of the coconut milk with bone broth. But, the coconut milk makes it more creamy, which is why I like it.
  • You can use another kind of milk - cow's milk, almond milk, or oat milk all work!
  • Feel free to top this with coconut shavings for more tropical vibes.

Flavor Variations
  • Kiwi & Dragon Fruit: Replace the pineapple and strawberries with kiwi and dragon fruit for another tropical bone broth smoothie variation.
  • Strawberry Banana: Replace the pineapple with one large banana.
  • Mixed Berry: Replace the strawberries with blueberries and the pineapple with raspberries.
  • Lemon Blueberry: Use my Lemon Blueberry Smoothie recipe and replace half the milk with bone broth!
  • Mango Berry: Use my Berry Protein Smoothie Without Banana recipe and replace half the milk with bone broth.
