This easy recipe for 6 Ingredient Beef Fajitas without marinade will have dinner on your table in under 30 minutes. I use taco seasoning for a maximum flavor with minimal effort.
Slice the bell peppers and onions into thin strips. Set aside.
Season the fajita meat with the taco seasoning.
In a large skillet, add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and add the veggies. Cook on medium/high until the veggies are cooked and slightly charred, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from the skillet.
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of avocado oil into the skillet. Put over medium/high heat. Add the fajita meat, and sear. Cook and flip over to ensure even cooking until the steak is done, about 5 minutes.
Add the veggies back into the skillet with the steak to warm.
In a clean skillet, warm tortillas and top with the steak and veggie mixture.
If adding toppings, add sliced avocado, salsa, cilantro, and lime.

Tips
You can use skirt steak or flank steak if you can't find precut fajita meat. Slicing it into thin strips before cooking will let it cook quickly, keeping it tender and juicy.
Use any color bell peppers you have on hand.
Yellow or white onion is fine, either works and you'll get a similar flavor.
Serve over Easy Bone Broth Rice with a squeeze of lime for more protein if you prefer!
