Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • blueberry syrup (optional)
  • vegan whipped cream (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a high powered blender, add the ice cream, frozen blueberries, and coconut milk.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Add blueberry syrup into a glass (if using) and add the milkshake. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh blueberries (optional).

Tips
  • You can use vegan ice cream or dairy ice cream if you want, either works!
  • Feel free to make this another fruity flavor like strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, mango, dragon fruit, or pineapple just by swapping out the fruit!
  • If you like thick milkshakes, be sure to use frozen blueberries for a thick and creamy milkshake.
  • If you are using fresh blueberries, reduce liquid or add more ice cream to ensure you get a thick milkshake.
