In a high powered blender, add the ice cream, frozen blueberries, and coconut milk.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Add blueberry syrup into a glass (if using) and add the milkshake. Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh blueberries (optional).
Tips
You can use vegan ice cream or dairy ice cream if you want, either works!
Feel free to make this another fruity flavor like strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, mango, dragon fruit, or pineapple just by swapping out the fruit!
