Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups frozen watermelon chunks
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ¾ to 1 cup coconut milk (start with less for a thicker smoothie)
  • 1 tablespoon grassfed collagen (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the watermelon, strawberries, mango, coconut milk, and collagen to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Feel free to adjust the liquid to get your desired consistency.

Tips
  • You can use fresh or frozen watermelon either works. I like to freeze watermelon if I get a large one, using frozen fruit can also create a thicker smoothie.
  • Strawberries can also be fresh or frozen.
  • I highly recommend using frozen mango as this will help thicken the smoothie.
  • Use any kind of milk you like, though I think coconut has the best flavor for this tropical smoothie.
  • Collagen is optional, feel free to use your favorite protein powder if you like or skip it for a vegan smoothie.
