Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, honey, all purpose flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, and mushroom powder. Mix together with a spatula until a stiff dough forms.
Using a tablespoon measure out the dough and form into squares. Place on the prepared baking sheet spacing evenly apart, you’ll have about 20 cookies.
Using a fork, press it into the cookie dough twice alternating ways (optional).
Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until they are golden brown around the edges.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Baker's Tips
You can form these into different sizes or shapes if you prefer. If doing that, just ensure you are baking them longer if you make them bigger or a little less if you make them much smaller.
If your dog is gluten free, just swap out the all purpose flour for oat flour.
Make sure to store these in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
