  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 44 grams maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, maple syrup, and salt. Stir together until completely combined.
  • Use on bagels, toast, or as a dip!
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. I just keep the cream cheese container and add it back into there.

  • You can make this dairy free or vegan by using your favorite vegan cream cheese. I recommend Miyoko's.
  • You can use low fat cream cheese if you prefer.
  • You can reduce maple syrup for a less sweet option, just taste to your liking.
