Add the honey, red chili pepper flakes, and cayenne to a small pot. Put over medium heat.
Heat until the honey has melted, and the cayenne has combined completely. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it sit for a few minutes. Add the apple cider vinegar and stir to combine completely.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer. This is optional, but it removes the chili flakes for a smooth honey.
Transfer to a glass jar and it’s ready to use.
