Ingredients
 
 

  • 28 grams ground cinnamon
  • 28 grams ground cloves
  • 28 grams ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, add the cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Whisk or stir together with a spoon to combine completely.
  • Transfer the mixture to a spice jar.
  • Label the jar and if gifting, tie with a ribbon.
  • Store for up to 6 months in the pantry.

Tips
  • This recipe is equal parts of each spice, so you can make as little or as much as you like.
  • Other spices that are sometimes found in gingerbread are nutmeg and allspice. If you want to get creative and add a little of these to your liking, go for it!
  • You can use this in place of all the spices in any gingerbread recipe. In order to do this, just add up the amount of all the individual spices in any gingerbread recipe and use that total amount of this one mix!
