Tips
Always weigh ingredients for the best results.
I'm using a 9x9-inch square pan, but a round one also works too! You could cut them into triangles if you go this way too.
Use ripe bananas so you get the sweetness of the banana instead of a starchy flavor.
If you like nuts in your blondies, feel free to add in walnuts, pecans, peanuts, or almonds. Try around 1/2 cup and go from there!
If you want to add frosting on top you could also do that and place bunnies and chocolate candies on top of the frosting for extra decoration. Try that with Vanilla Bean Buttercream Frosting , Strawberry Buttercream with Fresh or Freeze Dried Strawberries , Caramel Buttercream Frosting , or Honey Buttercream Frosting . All these flavors would compliment the banana blondies so well!
Vegan: Replace the butter with your favorite vegan butter. I recommend Miyoko's.
Store blondies in an airtight container so they stay fresh.
High Altitude — Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
