Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chocolate ice cream (regular or dairy free)
  • ¼ cup bone broth
  • ¼ cup whipped cream (optional)

  • Add the ice cream and bone broth to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add whipped cream (optional)!

Tips
  • Use traditional chocolate ice cream or dairy free, I’ve tested this with both.
  • You can use vanilla ice cream if you prefer a vanilla shake, I’ve also tested this!
  • Add whipped cream on top if you want or leave it off.
  • I used Kettle and Fire Beef Bone Broth, but you can use your favorite kind. I would just recommend using a neutral flavored bone broth, like plain beef or chicken, and not a flavored one (such as turmeric ginger).
  • If you don't have bone broth you can use your milk of choice, but it will just be a regular milkshake with this substitute.
  • High Altitude — Follow the recipe as noted.
