Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound stew meat

Instructions
 

  • Put a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the stew meat into the skillet once it’s warm and cook for about 5 minutes or until the beef is done.
  • Remove from the heat and cut into smaller pieces (if desired).

Tips
  • I’m using organic stew meat because this is a pre-cut beef. It also is cheaper than other cuts. You can use other cuts such as fajita meat as that is usually cut into strips. If you want to use chuck roast or brisket, you’d need to cut it up beforehand.
  • If you are using a stainless steel pan, you may need to add some oil to the pan. Dog safe oils are coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil.
  • Depending on your dog’s size, you can cut this up into smaller pieces after it’s cooked like I’m doing here. But, if you have a large dog, you may not need to do this.
  • You can also apply this same technique to chicken, turkey, or lamb too.
