BBQ Turkey Avocado Wrap

This easy BBQ Turkey Avocado Wrap is a delicious way to use up leftover turkey this Thanksgiving!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup leftover turkey (shredded)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 flour tortilla
  • mayo
  • ½ avocado (sliced)
  • 2 slices white cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup spring mix
  • 2 slices red onion

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, add the shredded turkey and BBQ sauce and mix to combine completely.
  • In a small skillet over medium heat, warm a tortilla. Remove from the heat and dd a smear of mayo onto the tortilla.
  • Add the turkey, avocado slices, cheese, lettuce, and red onion. Roll to to close, slice in half.

Notes

Tips
  • If you don't have turkey, this recipe goes really well with leftover chicken too!
  • You can switch up the cheese to any kind you like. I also really like this with Swiss!
  • Add in other veggies you have in the fridge to reduce waste such as bell peppers, sprouts, cucumber, or tomato.
  • Use a spinach tortilla or gluten free tortilla if you want to make this gluten free.
