Have a healthy dinner in 15 minutes with my 5 Ingredient Bone Broth Vegetable Soup! This makes 1 serving, so you can just double or triple the recipe if you want more!
In a medium pot, add the bone broth, carrots, and broccoli. Put over high heat and cover with a lid. Cook until boiling and continue to cook until broccoli and carrots are cooked, about 10 minutes.
Add in the cabbage and scallions and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes or remove from heat and just cover with a lid as the steam will cook the cabbage and green onions enough.
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Serve immediately.

Tips
Switch up the veggies to something you have in your fridge to use up leftovers. Other great veggies include: cauliflower, bean sprouts, celery, onion, bok choy, and more.
Add in frozen wontons at the beginning of heating, they will warm up easily for a wonton bone broth soup!
Add in leftover chicken or steak if you want even more protein.
If you don't have bone broth, feel free to use chicken or beef stock as well.
Add in a little Thai spice mix for an Asian inspired bone broth soup.
