Instructions

  • In a medium pot, add the bone broth, carrots, and broccoli. Put over high heat and cover with a lid. Cook until boiling and continue to cook until broccoli and carrots are cooked, about 10 minutes.
  • Add in the cabbage and scallions and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes or remove from heat and just cover with a lid as the steam will cook the cabbage and green onions enough.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Serve immediately.

Tips
  • Switch up the veggies to something you have in your fridge to use up leftovers. Other great veggies include: cauliflower, bean sprouts, celery, onion, bok choy, and more.
  • Add in frozen wontons at the beginning of heating, they will warm up easily for a wonton bone broth soup!
  • Add in leftover chicken or steak if you want even more protein.
  • If you don't have bone broth, feel free to use chicken or beef stock as well.
  • Add in a little Thai spice mix for an Asian inspired bone broth soup.
