Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Potato Masher (or a fork works too!)

Ingredients

  • 3 large avocados
  • 1/4 cup mango salsa
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add the avocado, mango salsa, and lime juice. Mash with a potato masher or fork until combined and the avocados chunks are of desired size. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Notes

Tips
  • Use ripe avocados for the best flavor and ease of mashing.
  • I use a potato masher (such a good trick!) but a fork also works too.
  • You can use store bought mango salsa or you can use homemade, either works.
  • Make sure to cover with plastic wrap tightly against the guac for storage to prevent browning.
